With Appointedd, you can send direct messages to your customers from their customer record and directly from their booking. You can also send a direct message to all participants in a group booking from that booking.

❗️ Please note: This feature needs to be enabled on your account on a per request basis. Please reach out to our support to have it enabled if you wish to use it.

In order to remain compliant with GDPR, direct messages must not be used for marketing communications. Promotional messages may only be sent using the automated marketing tools. Direct messages will send to the customer regardless of their marketing preferences so sending marketing through the direct message feature may result in sending marketing to customers who are opted out of marketing. See more about how customers opt in in this guide
