With Appointedd, you can send direct messages to your customers from their customer record and directly from their booking. You can also send a direct message to all participants in a group booking from that booking.

In order to remain compliant with GDPR, direct messages must not be used for marketing communications. Promotional messages may only be sent using the automated marketing tools. Direct messages will send to the customer regardless of their marketing preferences so sending marketing through the direct message feature may result in sending marketing to customers who are opted out of marketing.
