Notes can be added to a booking in the calendar and to a customer record to enable you to store information for your team to refer to. This can be anything from their drink preferences to allergies and special requests. Notes made by the business on a booking or in the customer record are internal so cannot be viewed by the customer.

How to view and edit notes on a booking

You can easily see whether a customer has any notes on a booking from the customers tab:

  • Click on the booking in the calendar or customer record 
  • Click the customers tab

How to add to the notes on a booking

  • Click on the booking in the calendar or customer record 
  • Click the customers tab
  • Click the three does next to the customer 
  • Click add notesType your note in the text box
  • Be sure to save notes. 

How to add a note to recurring bookings

Notes can be made on recurring bookings in the same way that notes are made on single bookings. When you make a note on a booking which has more than one occurence, this note is reflected on all occurrences.

How to add a note to a customer record

  • Go to the customer's record either by searching for them in the customers tab or by clicking their name in a booking and clicking customer page 
  • Click the notes tab
  • Click add note 
  • Type your note in the text box
  • You can also choose whether you would like to assign this note to a resource
  • Be sure to save notes.
