To take payment for your services, you can choose to send the customer an email with a request for payment. This can be done when you're making the booking in the calendar or from an existing booking.

How to send a payment request when making a booking

  • Click add booking 
  • Select the service 
  • Select the date and time 
  • Add the participants and tick the box to send request payment (this option will only appear if the service requires payment)
  • Click create booking

The confirmation email to the client will include a link the make payment. The customer will be asked to make the payment set for that service e.g. 25% deposit or full payment.

How to send a payment request for an existing booking in the calendar

  • Click on the booking in the calendar
  • Click the customers tab
  • Click the dots next to the appropriate customer
  • Click send payment request

Please note that payment requests send by email so to ensure that these are received, ensure that the customer record contains a valid email address.

How to send a payment request to multiple customers

You can easily send a payment request to multiple customers on a booking:

  • Click on the booking in the calendar
  • Click the customers tab
  • Check the boxes on the left of every customer you wish to send a payment request to
  • Click request payment.
