Keep track of all of the emails you've sent to your customers by logging emails you send out-with Appointedd in the customer's record in Appointedd.

Go to your business and click CRM. Here, you'll find your unique email address.
Top tip: save your unique email address to your contacts in your email provider so you can easily add that contact to your new email.
How to log external emails in Appointedd
With your unique email address saved in your email provider, you simply BCC this email address in any emails you send to your clients.
How the email is logged in Appointedd
When you send an email to a customer and BCC your unique email address, the email you send is added to the communications tab of the customer record.
If you don't yet have a customer with this name and email address in Appointedd, a new customer record will be created. The customer's name will be detected from their email address:
- firstname.lastname@example.org will be added to your CRM as Lucy Jones.
- email@example.com will be added to your CRM as Lucy, without a second name.
If you do have a customer with this email address in Appointedd, this will be recognised.
