Set up each of your tour guides as resources so they have their own calendar. Set their individual working hours and manage their days off. Group your resources into castle tour guides, cathedral tour guides etc.

Create your services and categorise them into different groups. Allow multiple participants to book into a tour and set the maximum number of customers who can attend at any one time. Assign a price and payment option (deposit, full or pay later) on a per service basis. Send a payment request to take online payment at a later date. Use buffers to prepare and assign each tour to the employees who can take the tours.

Create recurring bookings in your Appointedd calendar if tours occur at regular intervals e.g. every Wednesday at 2pm, or on the first Saturday of every month.

You can choose the channel (email or text message) in which they are sent through, the sender, recipient and content of the communication, so you can reminder customers of their scheduled tour time.

User permissions 🆗
Set your user permissions so each staff member has their own login so you can delete it if they leave! Set each tour guide as either a restricted or standard user.
