When creating a service there are two options when setting the time the service can be booked.

  1. If the service can be booked at anytime within your business opening hours, then select Any available times (this is the default setting when creating a service).
  2. If the service can only be booked for specific times or dates, then select Custom Schedule (this only applies for service durations of hours and minutes and cannot be set if service duration is over one day).

How to use the custom service schedule

To create a service schedule:

  • Hover over Your business and click Services to go to the service management page
  • Click the pencil icon to edit an existing service or click Add service to create a new one
  • Scroll down and click Show advanced settings
  • Under Bookable times, click Custom schedule

If a service is available at the same time every week:

  • Select the day that the service should be bookable on
  • Add the time which the service is available
  • If there are multiple times available then click Add times and repeat until all of the times are listed for that day
  • If there are multiple days where the service can be bookable, then repeat all the above steps until complete
  • Click Save and close

If a service is available only on a specific date, for example an event:

  • Ignore the days of the week and click SPECIFIC DATES
  • Select the specific date and time at which the service is available
  • Click the orange arrow to bring the date and time across
  • Repeat to add all the available dates and times
  • Click Save and close

If a service is unavailable on a specific date:

  • Ignore the days of the week and click SPECIFIC DATES
  • Check the tick box Unavailable
  • Select the specific date at which the service is unavailable
  • Click the orange arrow to bring the unavailable date across
  • Repeat to add all the unavailable dates
  • Click Save and close

Why isn't my custom schedule showing properly?

  • Click on the calendar icon on the right of the service and double check you have entered and saved your date and times correctly.
  • We use a 12-hour clock, so make sure your custom schedule has the correct a.m. or p.m. period.
