Firstly you will need to select iCloud as the external calendar you wish to sync your Appointedd account with:
Hover over the Connect tab and select Sync your external calendar
Click the orange Connect calendar button
Click Connect your calendar or Send invitation to let another user sync their calendar
Select the resource whose calendar you wish to sync:
Choose iCloud from the list
There are two important steps that you will need to carry out before you can connect your iCloud calendar.
1. App-Specific Password
To connect to Apple iCloud you will need to generate an app-specific password and use that instead of your regular one.

You may need to enable multi-factor authentication for your account if you haven’t done so already.
2. Check the Calendar on iCloud.com
You should also check that you can access your calendar at https://www.icloud.com/
With both of those steps carried out, you will be able to log in to your iCloud account using your Apple ID and the App-specific password on the screen below.
If you have a single calendar associated with that account, you’re all set!
If you have more than one calendar being pulled in to that account, you will need to select which calendar to sync and press the Sync Now button. Take care to select the calendar where you are recording your availability for your company.
Please Note: If a resource becomes un-synced with an external calendar, and a booking is made through Appointedd, when the calendar is re-synced, it will update the external calendar with the bookings in Appointedd.
Once chosen, you’re all set!
