🌍 Overview

It’s now possible to use your Appointedd account in different languages!

Appointedd’s localization feature allows users to select their preferred language from a given list, allowing users to use the system in the language they are most comfortable with. This is a user based setting, ie. users of a single Appointedd account will be able to use different languages, regardless of their user access level. Appointedd will save your chosen language across sessions, so when the user logs out and logs back in their chosen language will continue to be used.

This language setting will not have an effect on external booking journeys, existing auto-detect and language selection functionalities will remain in place.

🧐 What languages are available

The languages that are available on the Appointedd back office are:

  1. English;

  2. German;

  3. Spanish;

  4. French;

  5. Italian;

  6. Japanese;

  7. Hindi;

  8. Swedish;

  9. Finnish;

  10. Arabic.

We will be adding more languages if there is a sufficient demand. If you have a language you would like to request, please get in touch with our support team.

⚙️ How to change the language

The language settings can be found in the right upper corner:

Once you click on the globe icon, you will be given a list of all available languages to choose from:

As soon you click on the preferred language, you will see your Appointedd settings translated according to the language selected.

Auto-detection

The feature is also able to auto-detect the locale of a user (similarly to how our timezone functionality works), but it can always be switched off by simply selecting the preferred language.
