What to do if Appointedd isn't loading

If you're struggling with load time, follow this troubleshooting guide to identify the problem.

Appointedd software, Booking Page and booking widgets have an up time of over 99%. If you're having difficulty accessing app.appointedd.com, your booking widgets on your website or your Booking Page, or if they're running slowly, the following checks should be made:

Internet speed

If your internet connection is slow, Appointedd will load more slowly. We suggest checking your internet connection at http://www.speedtest.net.
You will need at least 1mbps to access the Appointedd Booking Page and booking widgets, and at least 3-4mbps to access app.appointedd.com. If your internet connection is poor, you can get in touch with your internet provider to improve this.

Browser

We support all major browsers and recommend using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Safari. For full details of browsers we support and to download the latest version of your browser, see https://browsehappy.com.

To check the browser you're using and the version, go to https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/.ย 

Device

What device are you using Appointedd on? Are other applications running slowly on your device? If other applications are running slowly, this suggests that the issue is with the device.

To access the Appointedd software, we suggest using a desktop/laptop computer. If you are on mobile or tablet, we suggest using our mobile app which can be found on Apple and Android app stores.

Public Wifi

If you are connected to public wifi, there may be restrictions on the wifi which prevent you from accessing certain websites. If you are accessing a webpage with the appointedd.com domain and are prompted to 'return to safety', you can choose to skip this and continue to the site.

Security/anti-virus software

Some security software restrict the sites that you can access from your browser. Depending on the software you're using, you should be able to continue to the site.

Cache & cookies

If you have tried everything in this list and you're still having problems, you may want to clear your browser cache and cookies. This will ensure that you have access to the most recent version of the page you are loading.
