If you manage multiple Appointedd accounts, you know how time-consuming it can be to jump between them just to make simple changes.

That’s why we’ve built the Enterprise Management Console - your all-in-one dashboard for centralised, effortless control across every location.

You'll be able to quickly update store or staff availability, build and publish services and events worldwide - saving hours of manual work and ensuring every site stays in sync.

And this is just the beginning. We’re releasing the Console in stages, with even more powerful functionality to come!

What will the Console V1 do?

Explanation

Logging into your console

You can log into the console on a separate link here: console.appointedd.com

You can login with email and password, via single sign-on, social sign-on, and enable MFA.

You must have an account already setup with app.appointedd.com.

Viewing your Dashboard

You can go to your dashboard to see what's coming next and share any feedback with us.

Coming soon: you'll be able to see key analytics, and a list of recent activity.

Viewing your Appointments

You can switch between vertical and horizontal calendar views, select the date range you want to focus on, and display multiple accounts and resources at once. Simply choose what you want to see!

Coming soon: you'll be able to add bookings to the calendar, and see an improved UX.

Viewing your Availability

You can view the availability of your resources and services in a unified calendar, and set recurring rules and exceptions to ensure your schedules are all up to date.

You can also view real-time diagnostics to understand why certain availability isn’t appearing and resolve with confidence.

Viewing your Customers

You can view all your customers in one simplified view. Filter by name or email, review past bookings, see which account they belong to, and easily update their records.

Viewing your Services

You can create and manage service and event templates, and apply them to all or selected stores. Easily see which services are active across your network.

You can build resource templates and roll them out where needed. Track usage with utilisation reports to ensure resources are being used effectively.

Viewing your Scheduling

You can set availability for both services and resources using schedule templates, including recurring patterns and specific exceptions.

Viewing your Translations

You can create and apply translations for your services and ensure customers always see options in their preferred language.

Viewing your Communications

You can manage all communications in one place. See what’s live or pending, and preview messages before publishing for full confidence.

Viewing your Reports

You can access and download reports powered by your Data Insights suite - keeping performance visibility at your fingertips.

Viewing your Administration

You can manage all users across multiple accounts - invite, remove, and monitor access. Instantly see whether SSO or MFA is enabled.

What's next?

We will make improvements and start to release our V2 in early 2026.

Please note that all these items can be managed in your accounts currently at app.appointedd.com, just not at a multi-account level in your console.

Eventually you'll be able to edit business settings across multiple accounts e.g. booking notice periods.

Localisation for static content

Eventually you'll be able to translate more than just your communications this includes service names, descriptions, questions and more! Read more here.

Eventually you'll be able to manage booking questions across multiple accounts.

Booking widgets

Eventually you'll be able to create, edit and manage booking widgets from within the console.
