What is the Enterprise Management Console?

We've released our most powerful feature yet - a brand new console for multi-account control.

Introduction

Managing multiple Appointedd accounts can be a real time sink - jumping between accounts just to make simple changes quickly adds up. Sure, you could ask your Account Manager for help, but that takes time too.

That’s exactly why we created the Enterprise Management Console - your all-in-one dashboard for centralised, effortless control across every location.

With it, you can update store or staff availability, create and publish services and events globally, and keep every location perfectly in sync - all while saving hours of manual work.

Version 1

This is just the beginning! We’re rolling out the Console in stages, and even more powerful features are on the way. 🚀

What will the Console V1 do?

Explanation

Logging into your Console

If you’re an Administrator with an existing account on app.appointedd.com, you can access the Console at a separate link: console.appointedd.com.

You can log in using your email and password, with or without MFA, or via Google social sign-on or SAML.

Viewing your Dashboard

You can go to your dashboard to share any feedback with us and see a live feed of upcoming features.

Viewing your Appointments

There's more work to be done, but we've enabled it as beta.

You can switch between daily, weekly, 3-day, agenda, or timeline views. Select the accounts you want to view alongside the date range, and see multiple accounts and resources at once.

Coming soon: you'll be able to add and manage bookings in the calendar, and see an improved UX.

Viewing your Customers

You can view all your customers in one simplified view. Filter by name or email, and easily update their records.

We're making improvements to see past bookings, filter by bookings, and bulk delete.

Viewing your Services

You can create and manage service and event templates, and apply them to all or selected stores. Easily see which services are active across your network.

Viewing your Resources

You can build resource templates and roll them out where needed. Track usage with utilisation reports to ensure resources are being used effectively.

Viewing your Scheduling

You can set availability for both services and resources using schedule templates, including recurring patterns and specific exceptions.

Viewing your Communications

You can manage all confirmation messages in one place. See what’s live or pending, and preview messages before publishing for full confidence.

We're making improvement to see modified, cancelled, reminders, and follow-ups.

Viewing your Reports

You can access and download reports powered by your Data Insights suite - keeping performance visibility at your fingertips.

Viewing your Administration

You can manage all users across multiple accounts - invite, remove, and monitor access. Instantly see whether SSO or MFA is enabled.

You can switch easily between light and dark mode, access developer tools, and sign out.

You can view the availability of your resources and services in a unified calendar, and set recurring rules and exceptions to ensure your schedules are all up to date.

You can also view real-time diagnostics to understand why certain availability isn’t appearing and resolve with confidence.

Bookings

Eventually you'll be able to create and manage bookings directly from the appointment page.

Business settings

Eventually you'll be able to edit business settings across multiple accounts e.g. booking notice periods.

Viewing your Translations

Eventually you'll be able to create and apply translations for your services and ensure customers view your booking flow in their preferred language.

Booking questions

Eventually you'll be able to create, edit, and manage booking questions across multiple accounts.

Booking widgets

Eventually you'll be able to create, edit, and manage booking widgets across multiple accounts. This is possible now at app.appointedd.com, we're simply adding UI into the console.

Integrations

Eventually you'll be able to connect with any of our integrations, such as sync your calendar, connect to payments, and more.

API

Eventually you'll be able to generate API V2 keys which can be connected to your multi-accounts. This is possible now at app.appointedd.com, we're simply adding UI into the console.

Activity Log

Eventually you'll be able to view an activity log to see what, when, and who made changes in the console.
