Your reports show you details of the number of bookings you've taken, the revenue of those bookings and more. Find your reports under the Data tab.

Business reports

Your business report gives you an overview of your business stats for your specified time-frame by generating the following information:

  • Bookings: the number of bookings the business took

  • Revenue: the total revenue generated by those bookings

  • Cancellations: the total number of bookings cancelled by the customer or by the business. The percentage cancellation reflect the rate of cancelled bookings out of total bookings.

  • Bookings internally: bookings made in your account by your team.

  • Bookings externally: bookings taken from your online booking tools.

  • Emails and SMS sent: the total of direct messages, automated messages and marketing messages sent from your Appointedd account.

Resource reports

For each of your resources, resource reports generate the following information:

  • Bookings: the number of bookings that resource completed

  • Revenue: the total revenue generated by that resource's bookings

  • Duration (hours): the duration in hours of the resource's bookings

  • Cancellations: the total number of bookings cancelled by the customer or by the business

  • Cancellation rate: percentage of all bookings that were cancelled.

You can choose to generate the data for your resource reports from bookings created in your chosen time frame or from bookings occuring in your chosen time frame. Simply select the option you require from the dropdown.

Service reports

For each of your services, service reports generate the following information:

  • Bookings: the number of bookings of that service

  • Revenue: the revenue generated by bookings of that service

  • Cancellations: the total number of bookings cancelled by the customer or by the business

  • Cancellation rate: percentage of all bookings that were cancelled.

Customer reports

The customer report shows your most loyal customers. It illustrates the total bookings made by the top 25 customers and the total booking value that they have generated.

Booking widget reports

The booking widget report details how many bookings were made from each of your booking widgets and the value of those bookings.

With this information, you can determine which of your booking widgets is bringing you the most business (e.g. on different pages of your website) so drive your audience there.

How to set the time-frame of your reports

Business, resource, service and customer reports can be generated for the current day, week, month, year or your custom dates:

The time-frame of the report is displayed above the report.

How to sort your reports

You can sort the order in which the results of your resource, service and customer reports are displayed. For example, if you wish to view your top 25 customers in order of revenue generated, go to the Customer tab and click the Revenue heading.

How to export your reports

You can download a CSV file of your business, resource, service and customer reports by clicking Download as CSV. This will download the report in the time-frame which you have specified.
