Appointedd's pricing is based on a single flat rate per-user bundle. This means you get access to all of Appointedd’s great features no matter what the size of your business, and you only pay for what you need.
Each bundle you subscribe to entitles you to one resource, one user login and three booking tools to embed into your website on your account. A resource is usually the thing you are booking. For example, if you have three advisors you wish to be bookable, you would require three bundles. You can view how much each bundle costs on our pricing page.
When you sign up to Appointedd you also receive 100 free text messages. You can use these to send reminders or follow ups to the clients that book with you. This is a great way to improve your no show rates.

What am I charged if I add/remove bundles?
You are only charged for a bundle for as long as you are subscribed to it.
If you add more bundles part-way through your billing period, you will be charged for the portion of the month for which you were subscribed to the additional bundles.
If you remove bundles part-way through your billing period, we will put a credit against your upcoming invoice(s) for the portion of the month for which you were not subscribed to the bundles.

What happens if I swap between monthly and annual payment?
If you move from monthly to annual payments, you will be charged for the portion of the year which you are yet to use. This payment will be taken 1-2 hours after you change to annual billing.
If you change from annual to monthly billing, we will put a credit against your upcoming invoice(s) for the portion of the year which you have already paid for.
