Logging in
The console is available at console.appointedd.com/signin.
Use the same credentials you'd normally use to log in to your back office at app.appointedd.com. This could be:
Email and password
Social Sign-On
SAML SSO
If your organisation uses SAML SSO, log in with your work email and you'll be redirected to your company's authentication page to complete sign-in.
Who can access the console?
Console access is restricted to Administrators only.
Not an Administrator? Contact your Head Office team to request a role change.
Already an Administrator but can't log in? Contact our Support Team.
The console will be available to other user permissions in due course. Keep an eye out for updates here.
What you can see and edit
Your access in the console is scoped to the accounts you manage:
You can only view and edit stores within your remit.
If you manage a subset of stores (for example, as a Regional Manager), any changes you make will only apply to those stores, or to the stores you select when deploying a blueprint.
If you have access to all stores, you can apply changes globally from a single login.
