We're excited to be introducing virtual queueing - no more waiting around!

Virtual queueing removes the need for your customers to wait in a physical queue. Instead, they can join a queue digitally and get notified when it's their turn, freeing them to browse, shop, or wait wherever is most convenient for them.

This means shorter perceived wait times, a better customer experience, and reduced congestion around service areas. It also gives you greater visibility of queue demand in real time, helping staff to be deployed more effectively during busy periods.
