Your booking microsite is getting a refresh! This is a visual and accessibility update - the same booking functionality you know, with a cleaner, more modern look and improved usability for all customers.

What's changing?
A modern new look
The microsite is moving from a simple, list-based layout to a richer, more polished design:

The key updates
Organised services
Services will be grouped and easier to browse:
Services can be filtered using category tabs (e.g. Styling)
Each service is shown as its own card with duration and price clearly tagged
A dedicated Book button sits alongside each service for a clearer call to action
Business info, front and centre
The new layout will surface the essentials right at the top of the page:
Business name and location
Opening hours
Address with a "Get directions" link
Phone number
Open/closed status
Language and display options
Customers will be able to switch the page language and toggle light/dark display directly from the top of the microsite.
Accessibility improvements
Alongside the visual refresh, the new microsites will be WCAG 2.4.7 (Focus Visible) compliant. This means that when a customer navigates the page using a keyboard, they will be able to clearly see exactly where they are on the page at all times.
Does anything change for me as a business owner?
No action is needed on your part. Your booking flow, services, pricing, and availability will continue to work exactly as before - only the presentation is being modernised and made more accessible. Your existing microsite link will keep working as normal once the update goes live.
However if you'd like to make design changes to your microsite, this will be done via the console (Admins only): console.appointedd.com

The refreshed microsites are due to roll out Monday 27th July 2026.
