When you subscribe to Appointedd, payment is taken automatically on a monthly/annual basis, depending on whether you subscribe to a monthly or annual plan.
Invoices are sent to you by email when any payment is taken (subscription payment or SMS bundle payments).
Emails are sent to the email address stored on the account. You can check what this email address is by going to the Setup tab and clicking Edit business profile.
You'll find these emails in your inbox - they're sent from Appointedd <email@example.com>. See example below. If you can't find them in your inbox, please check your spam/junk mailboxes as unfortunately, they can sometimes end up in there.
