šÆāāļø Adding multiple customers to your CRM using a csv import
To import customers from a csv file to Appointedd CRM:
Click the Customers tabĀ
Ā Under the search facility on the right, click import customers from CSV
Format your customer data into the format required (see an example CSV file format)Ā
Click Choose file
Select the relevant file
Click Import
The customer data in your CSV will now appear in your CRM.
All customers imported by CSV are opted-out of marketing. You can opt them in by editing the customer record and unchecking the unsubscribed box.Ā
āļø How to export all of your customers
Ā Click the Customers tabĀ
Ā Under the search facility on the right, click Export customers as CSVĀ
Your customer records will be downloaded in a CSV file.
š” How to send the details of a new customer to your other tools
With Appointedd's webhooks integration, you can use Zapier to automatically send the details of a new customer to your other tools, e.g. MailChimp, Trust Pilot and Google Docs. For example, you can create a new line in a Google Sheet for every new customer created. Check out this support guide on how to use Zapier to link Appointedd with your other tools.
