How to disconnect Stripe from Appointedd:

  • Click on integrations and select payments
  • Click disconnect from Stripe

How to view payment history:

  • Click on integrations and select payments
  • Click on view payment history

How to access your Stripe account from Appointedd:

  • Click on integrations and select payments
  • Click login to Stripe

How to send receipts to customers through Stripe:

  • Click on integrations and select payments
  • Make sure the toggle for send payment receipts through stripe is turned on

Please note that you can also send customers an email through Appointedd when a payment is made for a booking. This can be toggled on and off by going to communications and clicking on email confirmations.
