The new user interface of resource scheduling allows you to manage your resource's working hours easily.

Navigate resource scheduling

The below library of articles will walk you through how to set an availability schedule via working hours for a single resource. If you have got multiple resources, you can adjust their availability on an individual basis. You can manage your resource's working hours under the Setup tab > Manage resources > working hours.
