🧐What are service durations
The duration is the length of time that it takes for you to complete a service. With Appointedd, you can add multiple durations (each with its own price) to one standard service.
For example, you may wish to offer a room booking for 3 hours at £15 and 6 hours at £25.
👀 What does the customer see
After selecting a service on your Booking Page or booking widget, the customer is given the option to choose the duration of the service which they desire. They are then provided with the times at which that service duration is available to book.
⚙️ How to add multiple service durations
You can edit your service durations from the service management page:
Hover over the Setup tab and click Manage services;
Click the pencil icon to edit an existing service or click Add service to create a new one;
Under the Type of service dropdown, Duration + price, create a duration:
Enter the Duration
Enter the Price for that duration
Click Add duration
Repeat to add as many durations as needed;
Click Save service.
