By creating custom URLs and tracking the data yourself via Google Analytics you can better understand the effectiveness of emails sent from Appointedd.

Why is this useful?

For example, via follow up emails you might be directing customers to book a follow up service, and you might also be directing customers to book the same service via social. By setting up tracking through GA you can understand which of these methods is performing better.

Or if you're promoting the same event via different campaigns campaign in email, video ads, and in-app ads, you can compare the results to see where your marketing is most effective.
