How do I delete my data?

You have the right to request your personal details be deleted.

If you are no longer using Appointedd, you can request your data to be deleted from our system completely.

Immediate deletion

You can request that this data be deleted immediately. The quickest way to make this request is to email us at privacy@appointedd.com.

Once we have actioned this, the data we hold will be removed from our system the next working day.

Deletion after I've cancelled

Looking to cancel your account instead? You can action this under your billing page in your account - read more here.

Before cancelling your account, we strongly recommend exporting your data to ensure you retain access to any important information or records you may need in the future.

After you have cancelled your account, the data we hold will automatically be deleted 180 days after your final billing date. You will receive a notification 10 days before the deletion process begins, providing a final opportunity to secure any remaining data.


How can I export my data?

Single account

  • Visit the Agenda view of your calendar page and you'll see an export button on the far right

  • Hit "Export data" and it will download to your files

  • Save this data in a secure location for future reference

Multiple accounts

  • If you have access to multiple accounts, you may have a "Data Insights" button in your hallway

  • Login to Appointedd and click the "Data Insights" button at the top

  • Click onto the "Bookings occurring" report and choose your timeframe

  • Use the cloud icon (bottom-right) to download your data - it will download to your files

  • Save this data in a secure location for future reference

If you want to know what personal data we have about you, you can ask us for details of that personal data and for a copy of it (where any such personal data is held). This is known as a “subject access request”

All subject access requests should be made in writing and sent to privacy@appointedd.com.

We will respond to your subject access request within one month of receiving it. Normally, we aim to provide a complete response, including a copy of your personal data within that time.

In some cases, however, particularly if your request is more complex, more time may be required up to a maximum of three months (90 days) from the date we receive your request. You will be kept fully informed of our progress. Under the CCPA a consumer can make this request twice in a 12 month period.
