🧐 What is Zapier?

Zapier (rhymes with 'happier') is an application that allows you to move information between your web apps (like Appointedd) automatically, so you save time and don’t have to think about it.

In other words, Zapier is an online automation tool that connects your apps and services. You can connect two or more apps to automate repetitive tasks without coding or relying on developers to build the integration.

Find frequently asked questions about Appointedd's Zapier integration below. If you can't find your question answered below, reach out to our 24/7 support!

πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ Frequently asked questions

Is Zapier free?

Zapier offers a number of different subscription plans based on your business' use of Zaps, including a free plan. Find more information on Zapier's pricing here.

Where do I find my Zaps?

You can keep track of the number of Zaps created by admin user of your Appointedd account on the Zapier integration page. Users with at least one Zap will be shown here. To manage your Zaps, go to your Zapier dashboard.

How do I manage my Zaps?

You can create, edit and delete your Zaps within your Zapier dashboard.

Can I automate data to go into Appointedd with Zapier?

Currently, Appointedd allows you to automate information to flow from Appointedd into other apps.

I set up all the Zaps for my organisation but I am leaving. Will the Zaps continue to work?

No, Zaps are authenticated at a user level, therefore if the user who set Zaps up leaves, workflows will stop working. To ensure that workflows keep working, ensure that Zaps and/or the Appointedd account are transferred to someone else if the original user is leaving.

I have access to multiple Appointedd accounts - how can I set up workflows to transfer data out of all of them?

Appointedd's Zapier integration is user based. This means, that if you have access to multiple Appointedd accounts, the Zaps you set up will be relevant to all accounts you're an administrator on.

Therefore, if you're looking to set up information flows for all your organisation's Appointedd accounts, make sure that you have administrator access to all associated accounts.

If you need to filter based per Appointedd account, you can do this within the Zap setup flow.

I want to set up a particular workflow but I can't see a piece of information included in the existing triggers. What can I do?

You can find a list of existing Appointedd triggers with the information they include here.

We are planning on adding more triggers and actions in the future. Why not leave us feedback here on what triggers you'd like to see?

In the meantime, you can utilise Appointedd webhooks to create Zaps as well, learn how to do this here.
