You asked, we listened: you are now able to take bookings via your business' Facebook and Instagram business pages. Team Appointedd have built an integration with the Facebook Business Management Suite (FBMS) - FBE allows you to manage your social media business pages all in one place.
The integration allows you to connect your Appointedd account with your Facebook Business Page. Once connected, you're able to take bookings from the following places:
Facebook business page
Instagram business page
The booking flow will be initiated from each of the above places via a Book now button which will launch a booking widget within the appropriate app. This means that your customers will not be redirected to an external page but they'll be able to make a booking with you within their social media apps.

Please note: Meta integration is supported only with standard legacy and enterprise widgets, meaning that it's currently not available with the new Widgets 2.0.

Instagram grid post
Prior to starting, ensure your Instagram account is connected to your Appointedd account (and to the correct event within your Appointedd account), and that you have an active book now button on your profile.
Once connected, follow the below steps:
Tap âAd toolsâ on your profile
Tap âchoose a postâ, and choose a recent post
Under âselect goalâ tap âMore website visitsâ and then edit the button to link to your booking page or widget

Set your budget
Set your ad live and watch the appointments roll in!
Instagram stories
Prior to starting, ensure your Instagram account is connected to your Appointedd account (and to the correct event within your Appointedd account), and that you have an active book now button on your profile.
Once connected, follow the below steps:
Tap âAd toolsâ on your profile
Tap âChoose a postâ
At the bottom of your screen, tap âStoryâ
Tap on the story youâd like to promote and tap next
