This is a great feature for businesses with multiple accounts as it allows your team to have a better insight into your customers’ booking history, and better understand their needs and preferences to provide a more tailored service.
To see all customers bookings across your organization from one account, the customer must be added to your account's CRM (or have at least one booking on this account) and their first name, last name, and email address should match across all linked accounts.
How to set it up? 🛠️
In order to have this functionality set up for your accounts, you will need to get in touch with our support team via our in-app messenger or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our support team will be able to create your account group and link your selected accounts together.
How can I view customer's bookings across different accounts? 👀
Once multiple accounts are linked, you will be able to see any previous or upcoming customer bookings from their customer page.
The customer page can be accessed via the Customer tab (available for admins and standard users only) or via the booking pop-up window by clicking on the customer's name -> Customers Page (available to restricted users as well).
All customer bookings across multiple accounts can then be viewed from the Booking tab.
Please note, the bookings that have been added to different accounts within the same account group will be in Read-only view, meaning that you will not be able to manage any bookings that have not been booked with your account directly.
