Please note: when a customer pays and makes a booking, they will receive an email confirmation, if this is a feature turned on in your account. However, this is not the same as an official payment invoice.
When a customer makes payment via Adyen, an invoice is not automatically sent to them. This is not a feature Adyen offers natively. However, it is possible to create an invoicing workflow by leveraging Adyen’s data and APIs, should you wish to automate this process.
💸 How do refunds works?
Our integration with Adyen supports both partial and full refunds. Once a customer has booked and paid, you can open their booking in your calendar, click the green “Paid” label, and process the refund directly from there.
Please note: refunds are not automatically issued by Appointedd. We leave refund decisions to you. Keep an eye out for customer cancellation emails - if a booking is cancelled, you can choose to issue the refund.
