❗️ Please note: Appointedd and Adyen integration is not supported on our legacy booking tools.
This integration can only be used on our new widgets 2.0 and booking pages.
⚙️ How to integrate with Adyen
In order to connect your Adyen account follow the steps below:
Head to the Connect tab and select Connect to a payment gateway;
Click Connect with Adyen;
Enter your Adyen details and confirm. As soon as the details are verified, your accounts will be connected;

Head to the Connect tab and select Connect to a payment gateway
Click Disconnect from Adyen.
👀 How to view payment history
Head to the Connect tab and select Connect to a payment gateway;
Click on View payment history.
💬 FAQs
When a booking is rescheduled, will the payment of the original booking carry over?
If the booking is rescheduled by a user in Appointedd, the payment will carry over;
If the booking is rescheduled by a customer, the payment will not carry over, as currently Appointedd cancels bookings and creates new bookings through the reschedule flow (please note: we are rebuilding this feature).
Does the integration support refunds and payment requests?
Yes, our integration with Adyen supports partial and full refunds as well as sending payment requests to customers.
