How to Troubleshoot Login Issues When Accessing Your New Appointedd Account

If you’re encountering login issues after being invited to join an Appointedd account, follow these steps to resolve the problem:

Check Your Email Invite

  1. Search Your Inbox: Locate the account invitation email from Appointedd. Ensure you’re checking the same email address where the invitation was sent.

  2. Inspect the Spam/Junk Folder: If the email is not in your inbox, it might have been filtered into spam or junk folders. Mark the email as "not spam" to ensure proper delivery of future messages.

  3. Don't use saved passwords: You might have already accepted the invite but now unable to login. If that's the case, don't use a saved browser password as it could actually be incorrect. Instead delete this password, and try again. You always reset your password at the login page.

Generate a joining URL link from the account

  1. If you know someone who already has access to the account, ask them to follow this guide here

  2. Once they send you the invite URL link, click it and you can set a new password and gain entry to the account.
