Service names | The name of your appointment or event that customers see when booking online. |
Service descriptions | A description of the appointment or event that customers can read before booking. |
Booking questions | Questions you add to the booking flow to gather information from customers before the appointment or event. |
Privacy policy | Your privacy policy displayed to customers during booking |
Resource names | The name of your bookable calendar, which could be a staff member, piece of equipment, or other resource. Customers can select their resource during the booking journey. |
Resource descriptions | Descriptions for your bookable calendars. These are displayed to customers when selecting a resource. |
CRM fields | Custom fields that appear in the booking flow when customers provide their contact details e.g., date of birth or address. |
Custom marketing opt-in | For enterprise clients: a customisable marketing opt-in field that allows customers to agree to marketing communications. Fully configurable using HTML. |
Thank you page | The final step of the booking flow confirms the booking. You can add a message below the confirmation, e.g., “We look forward to seeing you soon!” |
