Overview: Language localization features in Appointedd

The language localization features allow businesses and customers to have a seamless Appointedd experience in their preferred language.

1. Localized booking experience ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ’ป

To provide a smooth and accessible booking process, Appointedd detects and presents the booking tools in the language of the customerโ€™s browser.

If the detected language is supported, the booking interface will automatically appear in that language.

This ensures that users can interact with the booking system in a language they understand, improving accessibility and ease of use.

Customers also have the option to manually select their preferred language using the language dropdown in the top-right corner of the booking tool.

Coming soon: currently the service names, descriptions, and any booking questions in the journey will not automatically translate. This is what we refer to as static content. We are building a feature that will automatically translate static content too. Due beginning of November 2025. Stay tuned!



2. Localized email templates ๐Ÿ“ง

You can upload HTML email templates in other languages through our advanced communications feature.

This feature ensures that all communication with customers remains consistent and relevant to their preferred language.

When a customer makes a booking in a specific language, the corresponding email template will be triggered.

If a template for the selected language is unavailable, the system will send the default template. You can set which language is to be your default template.

In addition, when making an internal booking on behalf of a customer, you can select their preferred language by clicking the language selector within the booking window:

  • If the email template exists for the chosen language, the system will automatically send the localized version.
    โ€‹

  • If the selected language's email template doesn't exist, the default language template will be used.

This enhancement makes it easier than ever to personalise customer interactions and provide a seamless booking experience! ๐ŸŒโœจ

3. Localized event tickets ๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ

If you're utilising our event ticket functionality, the PDF tickets will be translated according to the language on the email template.

By aligning ticket language with customer preferences, we ensure that attendees receive all necessary event details in a familiar language and guarantees a consistent experience from booking to check-in.



4. Localized reschedule & cancellation widgets โŽ

If cancellation and rescheduling are enabled, customers will have the option to cancel or amend their appointments from their email communications.

The cancellation and reschedule pages theyโ€™re directed to will automatically be displayed in the language they selected during the booking process.

This ensures a fully localized user journey even after the initial booking, allowing customers to manage their appointments easily without language barriers.

5. Localized backoffice for internal users ๐Ÿ’ป


Appointedd allows internal users, such as staff members, to select their preferred language for the backoffice interface. This setting is user-specific, meaning different users within the same account can operate in different languages based on their preferences.

The selected language persists across sessions, ensuring a consistent experience upon login. This feature is especially useful for multilingual teams, as it allows each user to work in their preferred language without affecting others.
