By adding a tag to a customer you can group people together and spend less time searching for individual customer records.
How to add a tag to a customer
You can add a tag to a customer from their customer record:
Go to the Customer tab
Click View info
Click Edit customer
On the bottom left, click Add tag and type the tag
Hit the space bar to add the tag
Click Save changes.
How to search for customers with a tag
To see a list of all of the customer records with a specific tag, go to the Customers tab and type the tag into the search bar on the right.
