By adding a tag to a customer you can group people together and spend less time searching for individual customer records. 

How to add a tag to a customer

You can add a tag to a customer from their customer record:

  • Go to the Customer tab
  • Click View info 
  • Click Edit customer 
  • On the bottom left, click Add tag and type the tag
  • Hit the space bar to add the tag
  • Click Save changes

How to search for customers with a tag

To see a list of all of the customer records with a specific tag, go to the Customers tab and type the tag into the search bar on the right.
