How to group your customers with tags

Appointedd's customer tagging functionality allows you to add one or more tags to a customer to manage customer groups more efficiently.

By adding a tag to a customer you can group people together and spend less time searching for individual customer records. 


🔖 How to add a tag to a customer

You can add a tag to a customer from their customer record:

  • Go to the Customer tab;

  • Select Edit customer 

  • In the bottom left corner, click Add tag and type the tag;

  • Hit the space bar to add the tag;

  • Click Save changes


🔎 How to search for customers with a tag

To see a list of all of the customer records with a specific tag, go to the Customers tab and type the tag into the search bar on the right.

All of the tags against a customer are included in your customer export. See more about how to export your customers here.
