By adding a tag to a customer you can group people together and spend less time searching for individual customer records.
How to add a tag to a customer
You can add a tag to a customer from their customer record:
- Go to the customer tab
- Click view info
- Click edit customer
- On the bottom left, click add tag and type the tag
- Hit the space bar to add the tag
- Click save changes.
How to search for customers with a tag
To see a list of all of the customer records with a specific tag, go to the customers tab and type the tag into the search bar on the right.
