How to access Appointedd from your Epos Now till

Step 1:

Log into your Epos Now account and make sure you're in the TILL section.

Step 2:

Log into your till and click on the three lines on the top-right. This brings up a menu.

Step 3:

Click Apps on the menu.

Step 4:

Click Appointedd - if you don't see Appointedd listed then it hasn't successfully connected. Follow these steps to connect.

Step 5

Login to Appointedd with your email address and password. If you've forgotten your password you can reset it.

Step 6

You should now see your Appointedd calendar inside your till! 🎉


How to take payment for a single booking

To take payment for a booking, you can add it to the Epos Now till from Appointedd:

Step 1:

Click the top-left Calendar tab to view your bookings if you're not already there.

Step 2:

Click onto the booking you would like to take payment for and select Create Eposnow transaction.

Step 3:

A popup will appear, then select the blue OK button at the bottom right of your screen.

Step 4:

This will bring you back to the Epos Now till where you can either add products to the bill first or take payment for the booking straight away.


How to take payment for multiple bookings

To take payment for multiple bookings, repeat steps 1 and 2 above and then follow the below....

Step 3:

After you have clicked Create Eposnow transaction in step 2, cross off the pop-up and repeat steps 1 and 2 again and again! Keep doing this until you are happy you have added all the bookings.

Step 4:

Finally, select the blue OK button at the bottom right of your screen as before and this will bring you back to the Epos Now till where you can see all bookings at once. Again, either add products to the bill first or take payment for the booking straight away.


⭐️ Top tip on how to get back to the Appointedd bookings quickly

You can turn on a toggle in your Epos Now till to go straight back to your appointments once you've processed a transaction.

  1. Login to your Epos Now till

  2. Click on the three lines on the top left-hand side and select Settings

  3. Under the TILL heading, turn on Show two rows of action buttons

  4. Under the ACTION BUTTONS heading, turn on the Appointedd toggle

You should now see an extra Appointedd button when you process transactions (next to Pay). Click here after every transaction to get back to your appointment page.
