Screenshots are essentially a picture of your device screen. They can be taken directly on your device through a command and allow our team to see what you're seeing and therefore provide better support. 

You can take a screenshot by hitting four keys on your keyboard at once: command, shift, 3

This takes a picture of your whole screen. To send it to Appointedd, just paste it into the messenger. You can paste by hitting command, v  on your keyboard or right clicking and clicking Paste. 

You can take a screenshot by hitting two keys on your your keyboard at once:
​Fn, Prtscn 

Most computers will save this automatically in a screenshots folder. You should find it in there then you can send it to Appointedd.
