Notes can be added to a booking in the calendar and to a customer record to enable you to store information for your team to refer to. This can be anything from their drink preferences to allergies and special requests, enabling you to offer a unique and personalized experience.

Please note: These are made only within the business side of Appointedd, on a booking or in the customer record, so they cannot be viewed by the customer.

🔖 How to add a note on a booking

  • Click on a booking in the calendar or in a customer record

  • Click the customers tab

  • Click the three does next to the customer

  • Click add notes

  • Type your note in the text box

  • Be sure to Add note to save your entry

Note: When you add a note to a recurring booking the note will be carried over and displayed on all bookings that are set to recur.
