You can choose to automatically send confirmation emails (when a booking is made, modified, cancelled etc) from the resource on the booking instead of the business overall.
This is a great feature for businesses that allow their customers to choose which member of staff they book with. If the customer responds this will then be directed to the correct member of your team.
Steps to ensure confirmations are sent from the resource email address
Go to Setup > Manage resources > View resource > Edit resource to check that your resources have an email address connected to their account.
Next, go to Email & SMS > Manage email confirmations and find the setting which says send emails from the resource on booking.
Flip the toggle to on.
Please note that your resource's email domain should be the same as the one you have authenticated on the business profile. You can find out more about email authentication here.
