🧐 What is a hallway?
If you use Appointedd for multiple businesses or multiple locations within the same business, you may wish to view all of your accounts with a single login. This allows you to switch between them without having to log out and back in again.
To enable this functionality, Appointedd has a hallway feature which lists all of the accounts you are a user on, and allows you to switch between them.
⚙️ How do I add existing accounts to my hallway?
To add an account to your hallway, you have to add yourself as a user on the other accounts. When adding yourself as a user, you must make sure the email address is the exact same email address as your other Appointedd accounts.
For example, my business is Lothian Barbers and my user login is megan@lothian.com. I would like to see my second business, Lothian Beauty Salon, in my hallway too. I need to log into my Lothian Beauty Salon account and add my Lothian Barber's email address; megan@lothian.com as a new user.

⚒️ How do I add a new account to my hallway?
If you wish to create a new Appointedd account and add this to your hallway, you can do so by starting a free trial here. When creating a new account you cannot set it up with an existing email address, so please input another one. For example, the email address could look something like this; megan+1@lothian.com or megan+test@lothian.com.
Once you are in the new account, you must invite yourself as a new user and input the email address of your original account (in our example, it would be megan@lothian.com). Now when you login with these credentials as you would normally to access your original account, you'll be able to see your brand new Appointedd hallway! 🎉

🗂️ How do I switch between accounts?
Once you have logged into your hallway and selected the account you would like to access, you can switch which account you are in by clicking on the profile icon and selecting Switch account. This will bring you back to your hallway where you can access another account.
