You can set up your booking widgets to allow customers to create more than one booking at a time, without having to enter their personal details more than once.

βοΈPlease note: This functionality isn't supported with services taking Deposits and payment requests. If a customer is only required to pay a deposit, you cannot then send a payment request for the additional amount once the transaction has gone through. You can, however, collect this outside of Appointedd through your payment provider.
This functionality also doesn't support services where the payment is optional, as this could be applied to some of your services but not all of them.
Follow this step-by-step and have this feature up an running in no time:
I. How to enable multiple bookings within one transaction for a new booking widget:
Click on booking tools, and select Manage booking widgets
Click on create new widget
If you wish to create an embedded widget, you can take a look at this article for guidance, and if you would like to create a widget in popover mode you can follow this article for guidance
Once you have given your widget a name, filtered it to show the services and resources you would like to display and changed the colours, tick the box which says allow customer to make multiple bookings in one transaction
Click save widget
II. How to enable multiple bookings within one transaction for your existing booking widget:
Click on booking tools, and select Manage booking widgets
Click on the pencil icon next to the widget you wish to edit
Tick the box which says allow customer to make multiple bookings in one transaction.
Click save widget
Now, when customers use your widgets, they can book multiple services, or multiple bookings for the same service in one transaction π
Please note: multiple bookings in one transaction is available only on the booking widgets and not the Booking Page. However if you don't have a website, but still want to allow customers to make multiple bookings in one transaction, you can set up a widget URL instead.
