There are a few settings that will affect the way customers see time increments displayed on the booking tools.
Online booking settings
You can adjust time increment settings displayed in availability by going to Booking tools > Customize your booking flow > Date and time section.
From a dropdown list please select the time increments that you would like to display on your booking tools.
The default setting will be 'Use calendar increments' which will reflect the settings in your Business settings. To change the Business settings calendar increments, please go to Setup -> Customize business settings and adjust the increments from a dropdown list.
Service custom schedule
You can also determine what times you would like to offer a particular service. By adding specific availability time slots on the service custom schedule, you can control what time increments are shown for individual services.
To adjust the custom schedule please go to Setup > Manage services > pencil icon next to the selected service > scroll to Availability > click on Custom schedule and add specific time slots for specific days.
