To do this, you need to create an account with Appointedd and FreeAgent.
βοΈ How to integrate
First, make sure you have a FreeAgent account setup.
Then, connect your account by logging into Appointedd and going to the Connect tab and clicking Connect with FreeAgent.
Next, click the Connect button and login to your FreeAgent account.
Next, you will be asked to approve the integration. Select Approve and you'll be taken back to the Appointedd page with a successful confirmation. Select Back to settings.

You'll be shown your FreeAgent account as "Connected" and you'll have two integration settings. Turn both of these ON.
Create an invoice in FreeAgent when a booking is made
Once enabled, FreeAgent will automatically generate an invoice when a customer makes a booking with you.
In your FreeAgent account, go to Work > Invoicing > and see a list of invoices from your booked appointments.
Here are some important rules you should know:
If your service permissions have been set to "Online request" (and not "Online booking") the invoice is generated once you have confirmed or accepted the booking.*
If you're using recurring or multi-booking functionality from our legacy widgets, (where customers can book multiple slots in a single transaction), only the first booking will generate an invoice. Therefore, before sending the invoice, ensure you update the price accordingly.
*When a customer makes a booking in this scenario, the booking will pop into your calendar requesting an action. If you ever wish to change the price of a booking, we recommend changing the price before accepting the booking. This will ensure FreeAgent generates one invoice that correlates to the new and final price only.
2. Create a customer in FreeAgent when a new customer is created
Once enabled, the customer details will automatically be sent to FreeAgent. You can click on the customer name from the invoice, or head to "Contacts" and search.
Here are some important rules you should know:
Only the first name, last name, email, and mobile number will be shared with FreeAgent. If you want to add on unique CRM fields, like DOB, address, or postcode, this information will not carry across.*
*Before you send an invoice, if adding an address is important, we recommend editing the customer details and attaching the address before sending. See video below.
