When I log into the Hub I don't see any blueprints

The Hub and the back office operate separately, so you'll need to create blueprints to connect them.

If you've just logged into the Hub for the first time and it looks empty, that's expected. The Hub doesn't automatically pull in everything from your back office - you need to set up the connection first. Here's how the two platforms relate.

The Appointedd back office

The back office is where you log in at app.appointedd.com - the platform you're used to seeing day-to-day. It stores all your appointment data, and if you have permission, you can switch between accounts to view different stores.

The back office works well for managing each account on its own. The tricky part is making changes across multiple accounts at once - that's where the console comes in.

The Appointedd Hub

The Hub is a separate platform, available at console.appointedd.com, that connects to all your back office accounts in one place. It's designed for managing settings centrally rather than account by account.

The connection between the two isn't automatic. To start managing your existing services, resources, schedules, and communications from the Hub, you'll need to create blueprints and associate them with the relevant settings in your accounts.

A blueprint is a hub-level template that controls a setting across one or more accounts.
