We're excited to announce a new AI-powered feature that's on its way: AI Data Insights, a smart chatbot that lets you ask questions about your business data in plain, natural language - no file downloads and spreadsheets required.
What is it?
AI Data Insights is a conversational assistant built directly into the platform. Instead of digging through dashboards or exporting data, you'll simply type a question and get an instant, clear answer.
What can it do?
Bookings - Ask about booking volumes, patterns, cancellations, and peak periods
Customers - Get a clearer picture of customer behaviour, repeat visits, and segments
Trends - Spot what's rising, falling, or shifting over time
Forecasting - Get forward-looking predictions to help you plan ahead
And more - Additional data insights will continue to be added over time!
How will it work?
Just type a question the way you'd ask a colleague, for example:
"How many bookings did we get last month compared to the month before?"
"Who are my top repeat customers this quarter?"
"What's the forecast for bookings next month?"
The chatbot interprets your question and returns the relevant data and insights - no technical knowledge needed.
When is it launching?
August 2027 - with the exact release date to follow. We'll share more details, including where to find the tool and how to get started, closer to launch.
