To ensure a smooth, simple booking experience for your customer, your booking tools will present in your customer's language. 

How the customer can change the language

The language presented will automatically reflect from the language of your customer's browser.

If your customer wishes to see your booking tool in another language, they can select that language by clicking the top-right globe icon:

What content will change on your microsite

All pre-set text on the microsite and booking widgets will change to the customer's language. The only text which won't change is the content which you set yourself in your account:

  • Business description

  • Business address and details

  • Service names

  • Service descriptions

  • Resource names

  • Message displayed when there is no availability

  • Booking questions

  • Text to prompt the customer to attach a note to the booking

  • Message displayed when booking is made

Some of the above text can be typed our manually in other language(s) if needed.

Currently we support fourteen languages:

  2. Chinese (simplified)

  3. Danish

  4. Dutch

  5. English

  6. Finnish

  7. French

  8. Germain

  9. Italian

  10. Japanese

  11. Norwegian

  12. Portuguese

  13. Spanish

  14. Swedish
