⚙️ Configuring your account

To take bookings, first of all, you will need to configure your account to make sure that all bookable services display the correct information and availability, and the booking flow is set up the way you want it to be.

Once your account is configured, you can then create your booking tools and share it with your customers to start making bookings.

📚Appointedd booking tools and how to share them

Appointedd offers options to ensure you have the booking tool that works for you:

  • If you don't have a website, we provide a Booking Page for you to take bookings through.

  • If you do have a website or would rather have multiple booking tools based on services offered, we recommend using a booking widget.

What are the benefits of the booking widget?

  1. With our embed/popover widgets, customers can make a booking directly on your website, without being redirected.

  2. You can create multiple widgets and customize them to offer specific services only.

  3. You can make the widget appear as a "book now" button (popover mode).

  4. Booking widgets also come in URL mode, so these can be shared with the customers as a link, too.

It's entirely up to you which booking tool you choose and rest assured they'll both do the trick!

  • If you want to be bookable via email or social media (Facebook, X (former Twitter), Instagram), copy and paste the website URL.

  • To you want to be bookable via your website, copy the HTML snippet and paste into your website builder.

⭐️ Promote yourself online

  • Post anywhere and everywhere that you're now taking online bookings! Check our handy promotion template here.

  • Watch as bookings pop into your Appointedd calendar. We recommend letting them pop into your personal calendar too with our two-way calendar sync functionality.
