Set how far in advance your customers can book with you

Block your availability after a specific amount of time in advance of the customer making the booking.

You can manually set how far in advance you'd like your customers to make bookings with you. For example, if you update your rota each month you may want to stop customers booking too far ahead.

However, there is also a search functionality rule that you can read more about.

To set how far in the future customers can book with you:

  • Click on Booking tools and select Customize your booking flow

  • Find the option to Block availability after

  • Use the drop-down menu to select an option, whether that be in days, months, or no limit.
