The marketing suite allows you to send marketing communications to your customers in the form of notifications and campaigns. Please note that only customers that have opted in for marketing will be receiving those communications.
A customer can opt-in to marketing when they make a booking and the box is ticked off by default. Find out more on how customers opt-in to your marketing.
Appointedd also allows you to create automated marketing notifications and campaigns from your account, according to the customer's booking behaviour.
