How to update your availability

If you have adjusted your business hours but this has not changed your availability, there are a couple of settings to pay attention to:

1. Resource working hours

Resource working hours override the business working hours. To adjust the resource working hours accordingly, please select Setup > Manage resources.

From the list of the resources please select the resource you would like to adjust by clicking on Working hours.

2. Service custom schedule

Service custom schedule allows you to only offer particular service on specific days and times. If a customer is looking to book this service outside of the custom schedule times, the booking tools will not show any availability.

If you would like to have your service available for any time that your resources are available, please go to Setup > Manage services > click on a pencil icon next to the service you would like to adjust.

Scroll down to the Availability section and set Resource allocation type accordingly.

If you would like to adjust the existing custom schedule, scroll down to the Availability section and click on the Custom schedule selection and add the correct days and times for when the service will be provided.

Once you are happy with your selection, please click on save.
