How to access and use Data Insights

Our Data insights reporting suite is a Beta feature which allows users to access some key information about their bookings and customers. It includes a variety of different reports that businesses can view, analyze, and export to better understand how they're tracking to their key objectives.


How to access Data Insights

Data Insights can be enabled on a per user basis. If you're interested, simply reach out to Appointedd support, or to your Client Success Manager.

Once this feature has been enabled for you, you will be able to access the reporting suite from within the account by going to the Data tab and selecting Data Insights:

Alternatively, if you have access to more than one Appointedd account with the same email address, you will be able to see the Data Insights from your account hallway. To get to the hallway, click on your profile icon from within an account and select Switch account:

You will then be taken to the hallway, where the Data insights button will appear:


What data reports can I access

Within the data insights, you can access the main Bookings created report:

Our data insights also include a selection of other reports that are focused on specific data points within your account:


How to view and download reports

Simply click on the report you would like to view. You can also further customise it by selecting the relevant timeframe (left hand side of the report) and timezone (right hand side of the report).

You can then download reports by clicking on the download icon in the right bottom corner and choosing the necessary file format.
