👋 Introduction
In some situations, clients may want to automatically send copies of customer emails to additional recipients. For example, if an employee is making a booking that requires their manager’s oversight, the business may choose to include the manager as a CC on all related communications.
Please note: This feature is currently available only on Enterprise plans.
Please reach out to your account manager for more information.
🛠️ How to set it up
If you're an Enterprise customer, you’ll have access to the new CC Email field in your CRM.
This field is internal-only, meaning it must be filled in ahead of the booking. To send automated email copies to additional recipients, their email addresses should be added to the customer’s profile in advance.
To locate the CC field:
Go to the Customer tab → Edit Customer → CC Email field
You can add up to 2 email addresses, separated by commas.
Standard email validation rules apply.
If a recipient no longer needs to receive emails, simply remove their address from the field - the emails will stop automatically.
📧 What communications are included?
CC recipients will receive all automated customer emails, including:
Booking confirmations
Modifications
Cancellations
Requested/declined confirmation
Payment requests
Reminders
Follow-ups
❌ Any direct messages sent to the customer will not be sent to the cc recipient.
Note: If calendar file attachments (.ics) are enabled for your account, CC recipients will receive those as well - making it easy to add bookings to their calendars.
⭐️ Tip: Bulk import cusomer information with CC emails
Because the CC Email field is only visible internally, external customers cannot add CC recipients during booking.
If your business already maintains internal records of customers and their associated CC email addresses, you can bulk import this information using a .csv file.
Use the column header:
cc_emailsEnsure email addresses are correctly formatted and comma-separated (if adding more than one)
