Editing a service
Because services are managed centrally through their blueprint, any changes you need to make should be done at the blueprint level. The updates will then sync out to all associated accounts.
Step 1: Find the blueprint
In the left-hand navigation, go to Services and locate the blueprint for the service you want to edit using the search bar.
Step 2: Open the blueprint for editing
In the Actions column, click Edit.
Step 3: Make your changes
Update any fields you need to - name, description, duration, pricing, booking settings, and so on. Save the blueprint when you're done.
Step 4: Deploy your changes
Saving doesn't push the changes to your accounts on its own, but it will take you back on the summary page. The blueprint will show a status of Pending Update. Click Sync All to deploy your changes across all associated accounts.
